When you contact us or purchase a service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any documents you share with us to complete a filing (such as PAN, Aadhaar, or registration certificates).
Information you share is used solely to deliver the service you've requested — preparing and filing applications on the relevant government portal, communicating with you about your filing's status, and issuing receipts.
Documents shared with us (typically over WhatsApp or email) are used only for the specific filing they relate to and are not shared with third parties beyond what is required to complete that government filing.
Payments are made directly through your UPI app to our registered UPI ID. We do not store your UPI PIN, card numbers, or banking credentials at any point — that information never reaches us.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it once your filing is complete, by contacting us at klawtaxindia@gmail.com.
